  1. I’ve seen a handful of movies which you’ve reviewed and agree with your star ratings on all except for Four Nights With Anna. I saw it this afternoon and could not give it more than a 2/5. I enjoyed how it was shot and the feeling that the images brought forth but the story itself felt to me like it needed more work the characters lacked depth and events seemed to be disconnected. I’d like to read a more detailed review on your thoughts.

    Steve: Yes, I agree and have dropped it by half a star. Looking at how I had ranked other films, it didn’t deserve a full 3. This is the first year I have put up advance ratings, but in past years my working version has shuffled around as I have pulled the reviews together.
