Steve just read piece in Star about Rob Ford’s leaked transit plan. Surprise it is basically subways, where they do not really matter. Rather reinforces the question with regards to building a “business case” in terms of the alternative not working. Is it an issue entirely because he refuses to press for functional transit priority.
