These files are not AODA compliant. Waterfront Toronto explains:

Waterfront Toronto has undergone a review process to ensure our website and social media platforms are fully compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). As part of the ongoing compliance, we must ensure that all documents and video content published meets web accessibility guidelines.

While the remediation on the websites is complete, we still face challenges in ensuring that board, committee and panel materials are AODA-compliant before they are published online. We are training Waterfront Toronto staff on how to make materials destined for the website compliant. However, we have yet to find a fast, efficient, and affordable way to remediate materials coming from third parties such as architects, developers, auditors and accountants. While we work to find an efficient solution, members of the wider community are welcome to submit a request to receive materials directly.
