TTC Service Changes Effective Sunday, January 5, 2025 (Updated)

The TTC will change schedules on many of its routes on January 5 in response to various factors including:

  • Restoration of holiday period cuts implemented on December 22
  • Progress in construction projects at Lawrence West and Rosedale Stations, and on Queens Quay
  • Beginning of reconstruction of Warden Station
  • Reallocation of bus bays at Kennedy Station
  • Reallocation of streetcar routes between carhouses to simplify operations
  • Setting a standard night car headway of 20 minutes (this change will complete when 310 Spadina resumes streetcar operation)
  • Implementing alternate surface routes to provide for accessibility where this is not yet available in certain stations

There is no change in subway service for this period.

Possible service improvements for 2025 will not occur until after the TTC’s 2025 budget and subsidy are approved.

Updated January 3, 2025 at 11:30pm: There will be a temporary arrangement with 511 Bathurst cars operating to Union Station and 509 Harbourfront cars operating to Spadina & Adelaide until mid-January. See the map later in this article.

Construction Projects

Construction at Lawrence West Station ends. Routes 11 Bayview, 52/952 Lawrence, 59 Maple Leaf and 124 Sunnybrook will change. Note that accessibility work continues to affect routes that normally use Lawrence Station.

Overhead work on Queens Quay will complete allowing 509 Harbourfront and 511 Bathurst cars to resume their normal routes. Service on the 510 Spadina bus will be simplified to operate only a single branch between Spadina Station and Queens Quay.

Elevator construction at Rosedale Station required 82 Rosedale and Wheel-Trans buses to use an alternate loading area. They will return to their standard location. Construction work will continue into 2Q2025.

Demolition of Warden Station bus terminal will shift all bus routes into a temporary loading area in the former parking lot.

Streetcar Carhouse Allocations

Carhouse allocations are changed to assign all service on each route to a single carhouse.

  • 501 Queen, 507 Long Branch, 508 Lake Shore and 511 Bathurst will operate exclusively from Roncesvalles Carhouse.
  • 503 Kingston Road will operate from Russell Carhouse where capacity is severely constrained by construction work.
  • 504 King, 505 Dundas, 506 Carlton, 509 Harbourfront and 512 St. Clair will operate from Leslie Barns.

Streetcar service on 510 Spadina is suspended until completion of work at Spadina Station in March.

Streetcar Service Changes

509 Harbourfront will be fully restored from Union Station to Exhibition Loop. The weekday schedule that is to be implemented may require supplementary service using Run As Directed streetcars to correct for frequency and recovery time issues. This could affect the accuracy of trip prediction apps.

510B Spadina Bus service will revert to operating only one branch looping at the south end via Lakeshore Blvd and Dan Leckie Way with terminal time at Queens Quay loop. The 510C to King and 510D to Exhibition will be removed. There will be no change on the 310 Spadina night bus.

511 Bathurst will be fully restored from Bathurst Station to Exhibition Loop. The 511B replacement bus will be removed. 511 Bathurst cars will no longer serve Union Station.

Note that a water main and track construction project is planned to run from February through May, 2025, and so this arrangement will be short-lived. Diversion plans for the 509 and 510 services have not been announced.

705 Run as Directed streetcars will operate as needed with eight weekday crews, four in the AM peak and afternoon, and four in the PM peak and evening. Six crews will operate on Saturdays and Sundays split between AM an PM periods.

Updated January 3, 2025 at 11:30pm: The 511 Bathurst and 509 Harbourfront services will have a temporary arrangement until mid-January.

Night Car Changes

The blue night streetcar routes will be operated by the same carhouses as their corresponding daytime routes. The following changes will occur:

  • 301 Queen cars will continue to operate on a 15 minute headway until the 310 Spadina car returns in March, after which 301 Queen will shift to the planned standard 20 minute night car headway.
  • 303 Kingston Road cars will be formally scheduled to use Sunnyside Loop rather than Roncesvalles Carhouse as their western terminus. This change was informally implemented in late November.
  • 303 Kingston Road cars will be scheduled to blend with 304 King over the common portion of their route from Broadview to Roncesvalles.
  • 304 King, 305 Dundas and 306 Carlton services will change from every 15 to every 20 minutes.

Lawrence West Station Bridge Construction

Work at Lawrence West station ends allowing routes to return in part to their normal configuration. However, work at Lawrence station continues and some temporary routings will continue.

  • 11C Bayview buses will operate between Davisville Station and Sunnybrook Hospital. Service on 11 Bayview will be adjusted during all time periods.
  • 52/952 Lawrence West:
    • 52G service to Martin Grove via The Westway will terminate at Lawrence West Station instead of Sunnybrook Hospital.
    • 52F service from Eglinton Station to Royal York will be restored.

  • 59 Maple Leaf: Service will terminate at Lawrence West Station.
  • 124 Sunnybrook: Service will be restored between Sunnybrook Hospital and Roe Loop on Avenue Road.
  • 352 Lawrence West Night Bus: Eastbound service will now stop at the station’s main entrance. Service both ways will no longer stop at the secondary entrance at Allen Road.

Warden Station Bus Terminal

The closure of the existing terminal at Warden station affects many routes that will load either on street or in a temporary terminal in the former south parking lot. Bus Bay 3 will be used both for Wheel-Trans and as a drop off location for other routes.

Scheduled frequencies will not change for any of these routes.

  • 8 Broadview buses will load at Bay 7 on Warden Avenue.
  • 9 Bellamy and 16 McCowan buses will load at Bay 5.
  • 17 Birchmount buses will load at Bay 2.
  • 68/968 Warden buses will load at Bay 8 on Warden Avenue.
  • 69 Warden South/117 Birchmount South:
    • Northbound 69 buses will drop off at Bay 1 on Warden Avenue and then continue as route 117 buses.
    • Northbound 117 buses will drop off and lay over at Bay 4, and will then continue as route 69 buses.
  • 102/902 Markham Road buses will load at Bay 6 on Warden Avenue.
  • 135 Gerrard buses will load at Bay 4. Schedules will be adjusted so that the 135s leave Main Street Station at least 5 minutes offset from 64 Main, and leave Warden Station at least 5 minutes offset from 69 Warden South.

Kennedy Station Bus Terminal

Bus bay allocations were changed in early December at Kennedy Station for safety and accessibility. Route designs formally change with the January schedules.

Bus bays 17 and 18 are no longer used. 20 Cliffside, 21 Brimley, 43B Kennedy to STC via Progress, and 113 Danforth shift to Bay 13-16 as shown in the map below.

Route Changes due to Inaccessible Subway Stations

  • 13 Avenue Road: Service is added after 10pm to provide a link between Museum and Queen’s Park Stations pending completion of the elevator at Museum. Other schedule changes will occur at the same time.
  • 97 Yonge: Service on the 97C branch between Eglinton and Union Stations will be added in all periods pending accessibility at College, King, Rosedale and Summerhill Stations. The 97A Steeles and 97B Yonge Blvd. Services from St. Clair Station will not change.
  • 149 Etobicoke-Bloor: This new route will operate from Kipling Station to High Park Station via Bloor Street until elevator construction completes at High Park, Islington, and Old Mill Stations to provide connections with accessible stations.

Seasonal Changes

  • 38/938 Highland Creek: The seasonal service cut made in December will be reversed. Service will be aligned with GO train service at Rouge Hill Station.
    • The first weekday eastbound trip from Ellesmere & McCowan will depart at 5:01am instead of 5:21.
    • The last Saturday westbound trip from Rouge Hill GO will depart at 1:31am instead of 1:11.
    • The first Sunday eastbound trip from Ellesmere & McCowan will depart at 7:34am instead of 7:54.
  • 76 Royal York South: The 76C branch to The Queensway was suspended for the holiday period, and it will be restored. Late evening weekday service will be reduced.
  • 102 Markham Road:
    • Service to the Centennial College campus on Progress will be restored. 102B trippers to Steeles will be removed. (See also “Other Changes” below.)
  • 112 West Mall: Weekday peak and midday service will be improved.
  • 900 Airport Express: Seasonal service reduction during most periods.
  • 902 Markham Road Express: Trips to Centennial College Progress Campus will be restored leaving Warden Station at 7:35, 7:47 and 7:59am. These trippers will operate with 12m buses instead of artics if needed.
  • 903 Kennedy Station-Scarborough Express: Most weekday service will now operate as 903A to Centennial College rather than as 903B to STC.
  • 905 Eglinton East Express: Weekday service to UTSC will be improved during all periods.
  • 995 York Mills Express: Weekday service will be improved during all periods.

School Trips

Trips for secondary schools will be restored in January with service adjustments on some routes.

  • 11 Bayview: A trip southbound from Steeles serving St. Joseph Morrow Catholic High School will depart at 8:23 rather than at 8:31am.
  • 20 Cliffside: A trip northbound from Midland and Verdun serving the Scarborough Centre for Alternative Studies will be added at 3:25pm.
  • 32 Eglinton West: Trips departing from Michael Power St. Joseph High School at 2:37, 2:44 and 2:50pm will now terminate at Eglinton West Station rather than at Eglinton Station.
  • Corrections for trips previously removed from schedules inadvertently:
    • 116 Morningside: Two PM peak trips will be added to serve Jack Milner Senior Public and Wilfrid Laurier Collegiate departing from Morningside & Ellesmere at about 2:55 and 3:05pm.
    • 129 McCowan North: A trip to serve Father Michael McGivney Catholic Academy will leave McCowan & 14th southbound at about 2:40pm.
    • 130 Middlefield: Trips to serve Henry Kelsey Senior Public School will be added southbound from Middlefield & Steeles at 8:25am and northbound from 1189 Huntingwood Drive at 3:15pm.

Other Changes

  • 36 Finch West: Some trips that begin service on 336 Finch West and 339 Finch East will operate with standard 12m buses rather than 19m artics.
  • 37 Islington: The 37A Woodbine Centre branch will serve the new loop at Woodbine Racetrack.
  • 40 Junction-Dundas West: Service on the 40A Kipling and 40B Jane branches will be evenly staggered. Service frequency will be slightly changed during most periods.
  • 53 Steeles East & 57 Midland: The relief/break location will change from Steeles & Midland to Steeles & Silver Star.
  • 57 Midland: Weekday service will improve during most periods, and two trips will be added northbound from Kennedy Station at 8:22am and 3:00pm to relieve crowding.
  • 66 Prince Edward: Service will be improved during the peak periods to address crowding, and the PM peak will be extended to 7pm. Early morning service will be adjusted to stagger departures on the 66A and 66B branches from Old Mill Station more evenly. Early evening service will be reduced.
  • 68 Warden: Saturday mid-morning service will now begin at 8am rather than 9am to improve capacity during that hour.
  • 85 Sheppard East: Weekend service will change from 19m artics to 12m standard buses on weekends. There is no change in service levels. The use of artics was scheduled in error in a previous change.
  • 102 Markham Road: Service to York Region improved on weekends. 102D trips to Major Mackenzie on weekends will be scheduled to leave Warden Station 2-3 minutes behind a 102B trip to Steeles to leave capacity for York Region demand. (See also “Seasonal Changes” above.)
  • 107 York University Heights: Weekday early morning service adjusted to align with 329 Dufferin.
    • Early morning 107F (Wilson Station to Steeles) trips will be replaced with 107B (Sheppard West Station – Steeles via Alness) and 107C (Sheppard West Station – Steeles via Keele & Supertest).
    • Service between Wilson and Sheppard West Stations is available on 329 Dufferin Night.
    • Northbound trips before Line 1 YUS is open will depart from the on-street stop at Sheppard & Dufferin rather than from Sheppard West Station.
  • 108 Driftwood: Weekday early morning service adjusted to align with 329 Dufferin.
    • Early morning 108C (Wilson Station to Pioneer Village Station) trips will be replaced with trips on 108B (Sheppard West Station – Pioneer Village Station via Arleta).
    • Service between Wilson and Sheppard West Stations is available on 329 Dufferin Night.
    • Northbound trips before Line 1 YUS is open will depart from the on-street stop at Sheppard & Dufferin and opposite 1040 Sheppard West rather than from Sheppard West Station.
  • 300 Bloor-Danforth Night Bus: Some weekday trips will be changed to go out of service at Pearson Airport Terminal 3, 3450 Danforth Avenue (between Warden and Danforth Road), The East Mall at Gibbs Road, or at Kennedy Station rather than various short turns along the route.

  • 939 Finch East Express: Service will operate with 12m buses rather than artics to avoid problems at rail crossings on the York University Busway and on Finch between Miliken Blvd. and Baylawn Drive. Service will be increased in most time periods.
  • 996 Wilson Express: Buses will now stop at Elmhurst Drive & Albion Road.

600 Run-As-Directed Buses

Buses are allocated from various garages as shown below. Note that the date on the chart is incorrect.

2025.01.05 Service Changes (Updated Dec. 23/24 at 9:15pm)

  1. I believe that Greenwood, Christie and Warden stations are still inaccessible. So, why isn’t the TTC providing a bus route or route extension to serve these stations until elevators are installed?

Steve: The 31 Greenwood bus runs to Coxwell Station. The 126 Christie links to St. Clair West Station (out of the way, but nominally it’s a link). Warden Station is linked by many routes.

  2. Disappointed that the 939 artics were short lived. Why is it an issue only after 4 months? Is there anything the TTC or city can do about it to keep the artics on that route? What happens now with the surplus artics?

Steve: I’m not sure where they are going, but will ask.

  3. Due to the work on Lake Shore east of the Don, the 114 was recently running east on Commissioners as far as Carlaw and then looping back westwards via Leslie to get back on Commissioners. This seems a better loop than the official one of Logan/Carlaw as it links with transit on Leslie and serves a few more businesses including the Canada Post at Leslie/Commissioners. Operators could also use the Wheel-Trans garage as a break spot. Any reason they cannot do this ‘for ever’?

  4. I wonder if any consideration was given to extending 26 from St. George to Queen’s Park instead of running 13 at a time when there was no service in the route at all. Extending the 26 would also provide accessible connection to line 2.

Steve: I suspect that the intent is likely to be consistent at all times of the day, but yes a connection from St. George would be useful.

  5. Will those routes mentioned under supplementary bus service will see the increase in service level some point in 2025? Thought all of them are getting increases but the service change chart only mentioned not all of them.

Steve: This all depends on how generous Council is with increasing the service budget in 2025. Right now, the TTC has surplus operators and can use them where needed. It is frustrating that this is done on an unscheduled basis and so riders do not see an officially advertised service increase.

  6. Why did they stop the 905 from stopping at McCowan and Eglinton.

Steve: That stop has not been in the timetable throughout 2024. I looked at Google Street View, and the 905 did stop at McCowan in 2021. I will have to rummage in the old schedules to see when it was dropped, and from that maybe some hint of why.

  7. Steve, the restoration of regular routing for the “509 Harbourfront” and “511 Bathurst” to the Exhibition loop comes just in time for the Toronto International Boat Show at Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place. The show runs from January 18 to 26.

The “510 Spadina” route will be operating with shuttle buses between the bus bay at Spadina subway station to the Queens Quay & Spadina loop until March.

  8. Thanks for the summary, Steve!

I’ve noticed a discrepancy in the Vehicle Summary Tables – the ‘Morning Peak Streetcar Fleet’ table shows 8 cars on 511, while the ‘Morning Peak by Yard’ table shows 9 cars. This is carried over to the totals, with the former table showing a total of 137 cars in service, and the latter giving a total of 138 cars. Based on the separate data in the ‘Carhouse Allocation Table’ which also shows 8 cars on 511 in the morning peak, as well as the summary in your PDF file, I am guessing the former count is correct.

Steve: It is not unusual for parts of the service memo to have conflicting info.

Also in the PDF file, something doesn’t seem right with the data for 124 Sunnybrook. Three buses in the AM peak on an 18 minute headway, while there are seven buses on a 9 minute headway during midday?
Also running four buses in the PM peak, two in the early evening, and seven in the late evening? That can’t be right, can it?

Steve: That’s the info in the service memo. I will check when the GTFS schedules come out to see what the design actually is.

  9. 303 Kingston Road cars will be scheduled to blend with 304 King over the common portion of their route from Broadview to Roncesvalles.

I chuckled at this. I pulled up one of the tracking maps early this morning and spotted three westbound 303 cars between Bathurst and Shaw. They can put whatever they want down on the paper schedules but it won’t mean a thing the way they run things.

Steve: I plan to review service quality on the night routes in the new year. From a preliminary look, it is terrible.

  10. On the spreadsheet, the 59A Maple Leaf should say To Weston via Gary Dr instead of Gulliver where both branches pass through.

You also got the new 149 route saying 159 there.

Steve: Thanks for that catch. I don’t know where my brain got “Gulliver” from.

  11. Steve: I plan to review service quality on the night routes in the new year. From a preliminary look, it is terrible.

If it helps, I did a check a couple nights prior and spotted four 304 streetcars clustered around Broadview station at 3am. Something you may have seen from your window perhaps? It must be the 3am traffic congestion holding up all of the streetcars!

Steve: The night of December 20 was bad for both 304 King and 305 Dundas. The linked charts from TransSee show the overnight service and severe bunching of both King and Dundas night cars. When a trio of night cars makes a round trip with no intervention, it shows that nobody is minding the store or cares about the quality of service.

There was an interruption on King with an overhead failure near Spadina, but this happened hours after the car bunching began. As for Dundas, there was no alert about any problem.

  12. 939 changes… Again…

In all seriousness, the 939 had it’s own bus bay at Kennedy Stn before they put artics on it which forced it to move bays. Now it’s gone… Seriously though I take it regularly, so this is very disappointing.

  13. On Sunday morning at 6 am I waited for Yonge bus for a long time, 20-25 minutes. Then 2 or 3 buses came at the same time. Why doesn’t TTC fix the schedule better.

Steve: There was an immense gap in the service and a lot of bunching as this tracking chart from TransSee shows. Note that the size of the dots shows the degree of crowding, and there is certainly a lot of that.

  14. Steve, once again thank you for your diligence. Isn’t the 149 Etobicoke-Bloor covering the same area as the old 3 Kingsway bus??

Steve: Similar. 3 Kingsway ran from Jane Station to Highway 27 & Dundas except on Sundays and Holidays when it ended at the Six Points (Kipling). There is a route history on the Transit Toronto site.

  15. No major changes to 35/935 which isn’t what I was expecting at all to be honest. I was expecting either an update to the upcoming construction of the RapidTO lanes on Jane between Steeles and Eglinton or the expected conversion of 935 to 19m artics or why the construction at Jane station is mysteriously not happening.

  16. For quite some time, night Carlton cars have been signed as “506”, not “306”. This is confusing for customers who aren’t familiar with the route. It seems there are many shenanigans with night service.

Steve: Possibly the destination “306 High Park” has not been added and they have to use “506”.

  17. Steve, thank you again for your thorough update. Two things I found interesting.

Firstly, I’m surprised they have decided to remove through service on Lawrence between Yonge and the Allen. The 52G provided good service on that stretch, and now riders will have to go back to transferring at Avenue.

Secondly, the complete removal of artics from the 939 is also surprising. Do you have any idea what they are referring to with the operational issues at railway crossings with the longer buses? With this change, I can only imagine the McNicoll artics will start to randomly pop up on other routes with the big surplus there is now. Some of them might even transfer back to Mount Dennis.

Steve: No, I don’t know the specifics. I will ask, but it might take some time for a reply given the holidays.

On the spreadsheet under the 52B, it says Eglinton Stn to Westway, where it should be Westwood. Just a minor change but thought I’d point it out.

Steve: Fixed! Thanks for catching that.

    Thanks again for the analysis!

    Steve: You’re very welcome!

“Possibly the destination “306 High Park” has not been added and they have to use “506”.”

I could understand a lack of signage with the old hand-painted roller signs but the streetcars (and buses) use electronic signs so it should only take a few minutes to create a new sign. Knowing the TTC silo mentality one assumes the route planners do not talk to the sign makers any more than they speak to the stop sign updaters!

  19. Steve, the “509 Harbourfront” and “511 Bathurst” streetcars will be returning to their regular routing, and returning to the Exhibition loop, on Sunday, January 5, 2025, now that overhead and track work is complete.

With the absence of Spadina streetcars until March (that route continues to operate with shuttle buses), the “509 Harbourfront” streetcar will see more frequent service, and so will the “511 Bathurst” streetcar.

    Like

  20. Steve, the “510 Spadina” route will continue to operate with shuttle buses until March 2025. This is when track replacement on the streetcar portal inside Spadina subway station will be completed, and the return of streetcars to this route.

Starting on January 5, the “510 Spadina” shuttle buses will no longer serve the Exhibition loop by way of Queens Quay West and then Fort York Boulevard. They will turn back at the Queens Quay & Spadina loop and head back north to Spadina subway station.

Steve: This is not news. I already wrote up these changes in the article.

  21. Uh Steve,

I saw the TTC put up the service changes. And where’s the information for the 939 Bus type change? I did see they are doing service adjustments but I didn’t see anything about a vehicle change. Why is this?

Steve: I am still waiting to hear from the TTC about the details of why they cannot run artics on the 939.

  22. Steve, we already know that the “509 Harbourfront” and “511 Bathurst” streetcar routes will return to regular routing now that the Queens Quay overhead and track work is now completed.

At some time this year, there will be some track work at the Bathurst-Fleet-Lakeshore intersection. It will involve waterman replacement, streetcar track replacement, and streetscape enhancement such as sidewalk widening. This will mean shuttle bus operation on part of the “509 Harbourfront” and “511 Bathurst” routes. When is the dates for this work?

Steve: The TTC has a webpage with info about this.

Looks like that is note true. Based on this page, 511 will keep going to Union station and 509 will be extended to Charlotte Loop until “mid January”.

Steve: The 509/511 temporary routings are a very recent announcement. I have updated the article to include the map.

  24. Given the TTC effort to run as many streetcars in service as possible would they attempt to keep the 511 operating with streetcars while construction at Lake Shore is going on. Some options would be to run 511 to McCaul Loop or perhaps run 511 into the core via Queen then loop via York, Adelaide, Church and Richmond (or Wellington).

Steve: Actually, the TTC does not try to run as many streetcars as possible because they don’t have enough operators to field the service the current fleet could support. With a fleet of about 230 cars, a peak service of about 190 cars should be possible allowing 20% for maintenance spares. They don’t even hit 160 most of the time. Given that there is always a streetcar route operating with buses somewhere, it’s ridiculous that service is not improved especially as the fleet is still growing with new car deliveries.

  25. Finch back in the days always had artics running over the same train tracks. I find in kinda of funny that they took them off 939 cause of the rail crossing 939 is a busy and long route. The artics have the capacity. 129 McCowan north has them on which to to me is a waste.

  26. Steve, I’ve noticed that it will be two more weeks of the “511 Bathurst” streetcar diverting to Union subway station by way of Queens Quay West. Also, the “509 Harbourfront” streetcar will terminate at the Queens Quay & Spadina loop. Why? More overhead work needed to be done was discovered either at the Exhibition loop or on Fleet Street West of Bathurst Street, as it was overlooked.

  27. Steve, the latest overhead/track work on Fleet Street or the Exhibition loop, which is prompting the “511 Bathurst” streetcar to divert to Union Station via Queen’s Quay West, and the turning back of the “509 Harbourfront” at Queens Quay & Spadina loop, should be completed by January 17. This is the opening day of the Toronto International Boat Show at Exhibition Place, which runs from January 17 to 26, 2025.

  28. Steve, Phase 3 of the Queens Quay / Fleet track & overhead work is taking longer than originally scheduled. It was initially scheduled to be completed on January 5. However track and overhead work on Fleet Street West of Bathurst and East of Strachan was discovered which required more work to be done.

As a result of this discovery, the “509 Harbourfront” streetcar continues to run between the Queens Quay & Spadina loop and Union Station loop, and the “511 Bathurst” streetcar continues to divert to the Union Station loop. When this work is finally completed, these streetcars return to their regular routing, to the Exhibition loop.

  29. The 511 was particularly disastrous tonight. Is it always like this, is it the snow, or is this due to the unscheduled extension to Union? The 506 was equally disastrous. Hour long gaps on both lines with no service alerts posted.

The 503 was almost as bad but I think two short turned cars (4495 and 4430) got stuck behind a disabled 4519 outside of the Broadview Hotel.

  30. Steve, it looks like the “511 Bathurst” streetcars will continue to divert to the Union Station loop until Saturday, January 25. There will be a shuttle bus, the “511B Bathurst” running between Queen and Barhurst, down Bathurst to Fort York Bloulevard, then westward along Lakeshore Boulevard to the Exhibition loop, until January 25. Also, the “509 Harbourfront” streetcars will travel along Queens Quay West to the Queens Quay and Spadina loop, until January 25.

  31. Steve, I noticed today that in addition to streetcars, there are also shuttle buses operating on on the “511 Bathurst” route.

The shuttle buses are running between Bathurst subway station and the Exhibition loop via Fort York Boulevard, whereas the streetcars are running between Bathurst subway station and the Union Station loop via Queens Quay West.

  32. Steve, the “509 Harbourfront” and “511 Bathurst” will soon be returning to their regular routing, and terminating at the Exhibition loop as early as Monday, January 20 of next week. This is an indication that Phase 3 of the Queens Quay / Fleet Street overhead (and track) work is completed.

  34. Steve, work on the Bathurst-Fleet-Lakeshore intersection will most likely begin during the second half of February and continue until June.

There will most likely be a shuttle bus running on Bathurst Street from Queen Street (the Carr Street loop), via Fort York Boulevard, and Fleet Street to the Exhibition loop to provide service on the area. This is while track and overhead work is being done.

Steve: Yes, the schedule for the work was posted some time ago.
