TRC 1895 & 1905
This pair dates from 1895 and 1905 respectively (I am missing any sample of an interim 1898 version that shifted the route name and date to the top of the transfer). The “P.M.” tearoff strip makes its first appearance in the 1905 transfer. Years later, the TTC would change this to “Night” when the hours took the modern form running from 5am to 5pm.
